Questions

What can Axel see?+

Only the EDI documents already in your ActionEDI account: purchase orders, advance ship notices, invoices, acknowledgements, and the errors attached to them. It answers from those documents and shows which one the answer came from.

Can it change anything?+

No. Axel is read-only. It cannot edit, send, acknowledge, or delete a record. If you want something changed, you do it in the portal the same way you do today.

Which document types does it understand?+

Purchase orders, shipment notices, invoices, and acknowledgements, plus the error records tied to them. Ask about an order, a shipment, or an invoice in plain English and Axel finds the relevant document.

Does it work by voice?+

Yes. On a laptop you can speak your question or type it. Either way the answer appears in the same panel, inside the portal you already use.
